This Painting was painted by Frida Khalo and this painting was one of my favorites because it really shows the last years of her life...... Which were her worst, The painting explains it all with her tears running down her face and all the nails in her body. The painting is called "The Broken Columm" which really explains the message that shes trying t get thru. A columm supports an infrastructure, With a broken columm the infrastructure collapse. This really shows that Frida couldn't hold on any longer she was going to collapse. The suffering in her face is anger to me because she died a harmful way, Not at an old age. The message that shes trying to put out there that i think is that "Viva la vida". The reason that i say this is because Frida tried to have love and happiness in her life. So we should all do this and dream for the Future but enjoy and live in the Present.
