The Fashion Oscar's: The 2011 Costume Institute Gala

The night was filled with such amazing people at The 2011 Costume Institute Gala at the Met, The costume gala is an event every year to honor Fashion and with an even like this you know stars are gonna bring the house down, it was Such a star studded night which featured amazing people like Madonna to Sarah Jessica parker to Anna wintour to even Mick Jagger!  the Party of the Year was filled with such beauty and such classical gowns that brought tears to my eyes and everyone who appreciate fashion.

The theme of this year's Costume Institute exhibit and Monday's gala is "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty," honoring the amazing artworks that he left behind. The red carpet for this even was the first place i seen so many celebrities in one place (Believe it or not) i watched videos of the event and you can see more and more celebrities walking around with their amazing gowns or suits on,

Beyonce and her husband Jay Z were spotted talking and Kate winslet (Form "Titanic", best movie in the world) was spotted taking a look at the exibition with Madonna, Rihanna was also spotted taking in all the amazing art pieces that Lee left for all of us to see,“I loved McQueen,” she said. “He was a rebel and that’s the purpose of fashion, to wear something and rebel. Otherwise, why bother?” Just when the night was overpowered by Art and beauty Florance + the machine took the stage and performed! But when you have a night filled with elegance you have to eat with elegance, the menu  included artichoke, poached quail eggs, American caviar, Highland beef, and spring vegetables

The party was not over, The night was still a toddler when several guests slipped out of the museum and up Eighty-first Street where the party continued and stars celebrated at Crown, until the wee hours of the night, Lee was in all their hearts because that was his night!
