Dance until you die

Life is a gift but life also brings lots of challenges, Some people find ways to relive the stress through hurting themselves, Taking drugs, or even suicide. And i say NO! i think the best way to live a healthy/Stress free life is to dance!. Now i have so many different things that i do to keep myself positive but one of my favorites is dancing alone in an empty room the beat of the record blasting through the walls.
When im home alone sometimes i turn on the music and just dance, I create my own dance moves and i cry, I laugh, but most important i feel happy and so alive in the soul. I think that dancing is a good way to maintain happiness because your doing something without fear and your trying something new! i deeply recommend doing this alone first because you feel fearless and you take control of your own destiny in the dance moves.
This may sound crazy but what in the world is not? AHA!. Just have peace in mind and have the beat in your feet and dance the night away!. Maybe the doctors or the pills can’t heal your depression but dancing would.
